How to post grades into IC

This video will walk you through posting your grades for student report cards. You can post by task or by student.

I've placed a section underneath stuff for grades into Infinite Campus or into I see so you're I want to use this link this link will take you to another link that I posted and it actually came from Ryan it came over the email connection I see how to task sheet and so it's it's it's very detailed it's very easy to your stand there's videos here so if you want to understand more you can press the video and it'll open up a video for you to watch so this is posting by there's also some how to pictures along with if you want to post by student there's another video and there's also a simulation that you can try so this is a great option this is a great resource to have to refresh 2 if you forgot how to post grades I see this is where you would want to go  now if you want to continue to watch this video I am do it myself so I'm going to go into Infinite Campus login and there's a couple things I have check before anything else I'm going to make sure it's me I'm going to make sure that I have the current year here and I'm going to go along to the bottom to post Gray and I'm going to see a student list show up here I'm in the first make sure I have the correct term selected and I am in term trimester one this is a digital support group that has been set up me so you're not going to see this section you'll see something else you might see Elementary and if you saw Elementary it's going to say no standards or tasks section so you need to go ahead and click on this box and open it up to your grade whatever it would say for your grade level and then right now these are all the tax test that I have which are basically the sections of the grade book so I have a section to say if they're currently rolled or participate Ender quizzes Behavior homework comprehension score when they're doing the read 180 software and the other following scores at this so basically I can go along in here and the question is are you currently enrolled so for me yes or no answer so let me change this to something else to participation effortlessly how it changes here so I can give a zero s + s s - K let me change it to a different category comprehension score looks like at this point so same thing as you guys at 3 + 2 - -1 or an axe or actually this is new I'm wondering if that means modified light hood insert migrate now if I want to fill all of them you guys remember that feature where you could fill all the grades to be exactly the same so I'm going to black tearful percent grade comment and that will open up a new window so I could either choose fill a percentage or I could fill a did and give everybody a three or comment and I'm going to select all students and then I would go ahead and hit Phil and at that time it would tell to all my students so if you are looking for that feature that's where it went now another option is to not post by task these are the tasks on these are the different sections the other is to post by student so you could clip post by student in add  and you can see here that Jaden is the student I have selected and at this point I can input all of her grades for all of these different sections so she is enrolled in read 180 I can go ahead and give her her participation and anything else that I think I could fill in for this one student so I can get the student done at a time or I could do tasks vary important no matter what you do please make sure you hit save there is no automatic saver update so if I go back to Osteen let's just say I didn't save this I'm going to click this back to empty and I'm not going to stay but I'm going to back to post by standard and it gives me a warning you're leaving this page if you continue any unsaved data will be lost it doesn't tell me what if I did save it it give me morning I'm going to hit okay pretend like I didn't even remember so I'm back to posting with all my students I'm back to buy CAC so I can go back to currently enrolled  and you can see here I I changed it to nothing but since I didn't save it it's still as yes so don't forget you must hit save all the time my recommendation is to do it every few minutes especially after lengthy comments you don't want to lose all those lengthy comet again your options are grading by the task and you'd grave the task for all the students that you have here or your other option is to post by the student name and you can give grades for the Tire report card for that specific student okay if you have any additional questions I hope that you'll take some and you'll go back to this resource and look through it watch the video and can continue trying
